Thor Johan Furuholmen is chairman of the board of the company and general manager is Fredrik Stray. AS Vidsjå has offices in Oslo. AS Vidsjå aims to create value for its owners. It is the company's general manager who is responsible for AS Vidsjå carrying out due diligence assessments and following up on the company's work to ensure sustainable operations. It is the board of the company that is responsible for this being carried out.

AS Vidsjå is the largest owner in AS Parks through its ownership in AS Parks Holding. As AS Vidsjå owns 90.1% of AS Parks Holding, this means that AS Parks is part of the AS Vidsjå group. With this group structure, the AS Vidsjå group is obliged to report in accordance with the Transparency Act, as well as prepare a sustainability report.

 

AS Vidsjå is an investment and holding company with very limited purchasing of goods and services and one permanent employee. The company does not produce goods and services. A separate supplementary account of the work with the Transparency Act is therefore not prepared for AS Vidsjå. For the same reason, a separate Sustainability Report is not prepared either. Investments:

As an owner and investor, the company has high requirements for companies it invests in. An evaluation of the company's direct investments in companies shows that these operate in accordance with our requirements. Companies The companies operate in accordance with laws and regulations and have a satisfactory focus on sustainability and ethical operations.

 

Conclusion:

It is the company's conclusion that there is a low risk of the company contributing to or causing violations of basic human rights or indecent working conditions.

We also consider the risk of us intensifying or causing a negative impact on the environment to be low.

It is the group's opinion that the risk is greatest in AS Parks, but that work is being done well and systematically in this company to minimize the risk.
